Information of Natural Person Data Processing
The company RADENSKA d.o.o. as such and without anything else follows protection of personal data; we respect privacy of persons, and process all personal data provided with due diligence and respect. Nevertheless, on 25.5.2018 the (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 GDPR) comes into force that deals with processing of personal data of natural persons, and sets up rules for their processing.
In order to observe duly the Regulation, we are obliged to inform you of your rights in terms of personal data protection as well as of a provided personal data processing purpose.
Thus, what are your rights pursuant to the (EU) Regulation?

Access to your personal information has a limited number of confidential employees whose access is governed by both technical and administrative measures. Your personal data is not and will not be transmitted to a third party (except in legitimate reasons justified by law) and are protected in our systems and procedures; which means that there are other technical and administrative measures for their protection.
What is a purpose of your personal data processing by us?
We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, in order to be able to answer your question. We collect general personal identification data and contact details, such as: name and surname and e-mail address.
Personal identification data and contact information are collected and stored as basic data only for the time required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or further used, but longer then for a period of 12 months. After that time, we will permanently delete them.
We undertake to process the collected personal data only for the purpose defined above. In the case that there is a need for a complementary process or providing information to third parties, we will contact you in advance and ask for your consent (unless we are required by legal regulations).
