    Pivovarna Laško d.d. sells the healing activity of Radenska - that is Zdravilišče Radenci to the Sava Group d.d. and its tourist sector. The management board of Radenska d.d. moves to Boračeva into a newly-renovated office building.

    Pivovarna Laško d.d. becomes the largest shareholder of Radenska d.d. Radenci and Radenska is, with its wide portfolio, the leading producer of natural mineral water and soft drinks.

    Radenska buys the trademark ORA and, under this trademark, sells "Swing" starting in 2000. The trademark 'Šum' is reformed to 'Stil' with no sugar.

    Reusable plastic bottles, the Radenska ACE vitamin drink and Mineral water with juice for more demanding consumers are introduced. The drinking and spring water 'Izvir' and isotonic drink, called 'Sprint', were introduced.

    Radenska becomes a joint stock company - Radenska d.d. Radenci (short title). Today, Pivovarna Laško is a major shareholder of Radenska d.d.

    Production and sale of iced tea - a success on the market within the segment of non-carbonated soft drinks.

    A new plastic bottle was introduced. A contract concluded with Pepsi Co. on filling the licenced drinks from the Pepsi family. A new plant with carbon dioxide completed.  Sale of soft drinks in cans.

    New trademarks of mineral waters were introduced - Miral (low in minerals and carbon dioxide) and Radin (non-carbonated mineral water). A new soft drink šum - on the basis of artificial sweeteners, also intended for diabetics.

    One of most important sports events organized by Radenska is the traditional and international "Marathon of Three Hearts", organised for the first time on 30 May 1981, the starting and the finishing lines were in front of the Hotel Radin.

    Opening of a factory for filling equipment, an outbuilding for the Hotel Radin is built - the Hotel Miral.

    The production of the soft drink 'Swing' begins. For the export markets, a new bottle with an aluminium capsule is introduced.

    In that year, Radenska reaches a record sale of mineral water in the amount of 217 million litres. Construction of a new modern filling plant in Boračeva starts. Integration of tourism in Pomurje is concluded under the auspices of Radenska.

    Radin Hotel was built in Radenci. The first category A hotel in northeastern Slovenia.  The launch of the first low calorie drink, Deit, produced with Radenska mineral water.

  • 1969


    100th Anniversary of Radenska. A new filling line for 7 000 bottles per hour in the facility of Petanjci, and an additional filling line for 12 000 bottles per hour in the Boračeva facility. A new monument was unveiled symbolizing three hearts in Radenci.

  • 1968


    Drinking water captured in Podgrad. Plastic carriers for bottles were introduced. They replaced wood boxes and wired carriers.

  • 1966


    Extensive geo-research was completed and new springs included. In November, the vocational school "Slatinar" opens its doors in Radenci. Twenty-one students from Radenska and Rogaška Slatina enrolled in the first year.

    The health resort Zdraviliški dom was built with 120 beds, surgeries, laboratories, x-ray, etc. In the forest of Zalog at Boračeva a guesthouse called JeŽ was opened (now Lovski dom LD Radenci).

    In the park café, the first 20th century Chamber music Festival took place, which took the name of Radenci from Radenska to all the continents.

    At the occasion of celebrating the 80th anniversary of Zdravilišče Radenska Slatina, the outside pools including an Olympic pool were open, along with a renovated café and a residential area with 34 small houses in the park in Radenci.

    The first mechanised plant, manufactured by the Simonazzi factory in Parma, Italy, for filling mineral water with the capacity of 4000 bottles per hour, was opened.

    Merging the activity of filling mineral water and healing activities to create the Health resort Radenska slatina.

    Initiation of labour self-management with election of the first works council on 1 August 1950.

    The end of World War II, the company was nationalised and became a part of general public property. In 1947, Petanjska mineral water underwent the same procedure.

    The sale of 10 million bottles of Radenska water, which was the result of a successful and efficient advertising campaign in newspapers, leaflets and brochures written in several languages. A modern pub for drinking mineral water was built - The Glass Hall.

    Eruption of carbon dioxide in Boračeva - the amazing pressure throws 4 wagons of sand from the drill.

    The sale of springs in Boračeva - Johan Deller sells the springs to the quickly growing company in Radenci.

    The railway from Radgona to Ljutomer is opened. Expensive and slow transport provided by horses is replaced by the railway; sale of the spring water increased strongly and reached 1 million bottles sold that year.
