Our people

Radenska, as we like to say, is a matter of the
heart.

And we really mean that. From the symbol of our company, in which the three hearts found their place in 1936, to the way we take care of nature and its mineral springs and finally to the relationship of our employees with the company and our relationship with them.

We are aware that without dedicated employees that feel our story as if it were their own, Radenska would not be able to achieve a worldwide reputation, nor would others recognise us as a reputable and good employer. In 2017, Radenska was named the best employer in the Pomurje region and we regard it an honour that our way of operating, something we take pride in, has been noticed by others as well.

We encourage our employees to take responsibility, self-initiative, and to express fresh ideas and take action, whether it is the small things that improve the workday or bigger things that optimise the way our company operates.

We have all been contributing to the mosaic of success of Radenska Adriatic. We are proud of that, but also completely convinced that it is the only right way.

In addition to orderly working conditions and continuous education, we offer our employees numerous small bouts of attention that maintain good relationships and prove that we really value them: the management board meeting the employees, New Year's Eve parties, childcare during the holidays, celebrating Saint Nicholas Day, trips we co-finance, and our latest acquisition, the relaxation room, where employees can take coffee breaks, chat, play ping pong, or have a serious meeting in a more relaxed setting.

One of our more traditional events that connects our employees and their families in the work place is the "Open Day", scheduled in June each year. It is a way of introducing our work to those who are indirectly affected by it. All our employees actively participate in this presentation.

Together with its parent company Kofola, Radenska Adriatic comprises of more than 2,100 employees in five countries.

We strongly believe in open communication with our employees, that is why we honestly and regularly inform them about events in the company and respond to their constructive criticism and ideas. The result is many improvements and especially the feeling of a connection between the leadership and employees.

The attention that we dedicate to our employees takes its most concrete form in the trend of hiring young people and growing the collective, since young people see an opportunity for professional and personal development at Radenska, which is one of the foundations of every healthy business.

Radenska was chosen as the best employer in the Pomurje region in 2017.

Care for staff health and safety

At Radenska Adriatic, we are aware that employees play one of the most vital roles in the success of any organisation. That is why we believe that their physical and mental well-being are of great importance.

We have put in place an efficient staff health and safety management system that is founded on the guidelines specified in our work safety and health policy and BS OHSAS 18001 Standard requirements.
