When applying for a job at Radenska d.o.o. you give us information on your first name, last name, e-mail address, address of residence, telephone number, date of birth, formal education and previous work experience, information on language skills and knowledge of computer tools, references, additional education and professional training, or any other personal information provided on your CV or in a personal interview and notes thereof and any other personal information that you share with us.

As part of the recruitment process, we collect only the information provided by you or obtained from other people on the basis of your explicit consent. Your personal information is being collected in a variety of ways, for example:

  • when you sign up for notifications of employment or of vacancy;

Who has access to your personal data and can use it?

Access to your personal data is enabled by the employees of Radenska who participate in the HR and recruitment process (e.g. staff in the HR, heads of organizational units in which the work will be carried out and their superiors, employees in the field of IT who have access to e-mail so that they can do their job) and contracted processors (employment agencies) when they participate with us in the HR process. We do not disclose your personal information to any other company.
