At the end of World War II, the company was nationalised and became a part of general public property. In 1947, Petanjska mineral water underwent the same procedure.
Merging the activity of filling mineral water and healing activities to create the Radenska slatina Health Resort. The granting of the status of a healthcare institution to the entire company enabled the autonomous disposal of its own funds under the then legislation.
The first mechanised plant, manufactured by the Simonazzi factory in Parma, Italy, for filling mineral water with the capacity of 4000 bottles per hour, is opened.

The health resort Zdraviliški dom is built with 120 beds, surgery rooms, laboratories, an x-ray, etc. In the forest of Zalog at Boračeva, a guesthouse called Jež is opened (now Lovski dom LD Radenci).
Extensive geo-research is completed and new springs included. In November, the vocational school "Slatinar" opens its doors in Radenci. Twenty-one students from Radenska and Rogaška Slatina enrol in the first year.

New trademarks of mineral waters are introduced - Miral (low in minerals and carbon dioxide) and Radin (non-carbonated mineral water). A new soft drink "Šum" is introduced, based on artificial sweeteners, also intended for diabetics.
A contract is concluded with Pepsi Co. on filling the licensed drinks from the Pepsi family. A new gasworks plant is opened. The sale of soft drinks in cans begins.
Production and sale of iced tea begins, a success on the market within the segment of non-carbonated soft drinks.
Radenska becomes a joint stock company Radenska d.d. Radenci (short title).
Reusable plastic bottles, the Radenska ACE vitamin drink and mineral water with juice for more demanding consumers are introduced. The spring water "Izvir" is also introduced. Radenska is the first on the Slovenian market to introduce the isotonic drink "Sprint".
Radenska buys the trademark ORA and, under this trademark and starting in 2000, begins filling the soft drink "Swing". The trademark "Šum" is changed to "Stil" without sugar.
Pivovarna Laško d.d. becomes the largest shareholder of Radenska d.d. Radenci and Radenska is, with its wide portfolio, the leading producer of natural mineral water and soft drinks.
